Masooma & Alina's party in FMS Committee.

The hostesses of the day, Masooma Sibtain & Alina Gillani. December in Multan, is usually filled with rains. But not in 2013. It only rained once during the whole month and by chance, it was the day when Alina Gillani and Masooma Sibtain , held a party to host their turn in FMS' committees. 19th was the lucky date, when heavens poured mercy on the city of saints. The pleasure of a fantastic treat was doubled by the romance, brought in by floating clouds and soft drizzle which went on all day. The members of FMS' committee, seem to be following their own set traditions again. Like the last time, Masooma and Alina organized their party at 'Shahjahan grill'. But this time, the menu was extra ordinary scrumptious. A whole hearted, pure, rich, desi cuisine, intead of Chinese (served during their last party). Friends of SOS committee

Mahnaz Amir Sheikh December 2013, witnessed few of the most beautiful parties of the year in Multan. Out of which, one was friends of SOS committee. On Monday, 16th December, 2013, they showed up, wrapped in their 'Shahtoosh shawls' and woolen wear. But to their amazement, the temperature was kept extremely pleasant with the help of outdoor patio heaters. T

Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar, lifetime president of Ladies Club, Multan. December holds great romance for the natives of city of saints. The days are short and dreamy. 'Winter nights enlarge'. Mostly engulfed in mists and fogs. Nights, get freezing. Sometimes, temperature drops down to Zero degree Celsius. But if the sun comes out, unfiltered by the fog, the days turn charming and picturesque. December in Multan, is the time, when you are oft reminded of Andy Williams song, 'speak softly love'. Specially the lyrics 'Wine colored days, warmed by the sun, deep velvet nights....' Though, the city of saints is notorious for its heat in summer . Outsiders, find it hard to believe, how cold it gets in winters. But it's a fact. And the reason for it is, its proximity to a hill station called 'Fort Manro' in south Punjab. Which is situated on the border of Punjab and Balochistan . This year, December seemed to have flown in, an early flight. Leaving
