AODELL Alumini reunion 2016

Group photo As soon as you realize that your student life is over, you start missing it. This is the romance of years spent at educational institutes. Those times pass too quickly but the nostalgia lingers on forever. You want to live and relive your student life again. Everything looks fascinating when looked back at with the kaleidoscope of time. This is why the tradition of reunions is cherished. As it is a way to honour your alma mater and to remember, the time spent with friends and other fellow students. Although AODELL (the organization of alumni of Department of English Language and Literature, Bahauddin Zakria university) is still in incunabulum, unlike the legendary institution it is associated with, but this organization has started to make its mark around the world. As every year since 2013, former students of DELL, BZU gather in the university premises to meet their former fellows, mates and friends to rekindle their precious memories. One such case, recently occurred. When a group of members, just could not go ahead with it for months, due to their commitments and simply requested administration to take charge and organize a function on their part. The club administration gladly accepted the request and went on to arrange a beautiful musical evening. On Monday 22nd February, the crowd which gathered at ladies club, was enough to show, how fond these Multani ladies are of listening to live music. Whether they celebrate Valentine's day or not, people here love to wear Red. Special Red coloured clothes are made and accessories are bought during this time of year and women look forward to occasions to put these on. Friends of SOS provided this opportunity to its members, to flaunt their fondness for this colour by making valentine's day, a theme for their February committee party. It turned out to be a double delight for foodies when they learnt, the event is taking place at newly opened branch of Subway in WAPDA town, Multan. The hostesses were mainly from the family, which holds the ownership of the chain of Subway restaurants in this city.
