Department of English, Bahauddin Zakaria University Multan is a historical institution because of extremely learned and legendary teachers like Madam Dr. Mubina Talat. She is among those dedicated few, who took pains to learn first and then, to deliver Chaucer's poetry in exact same accent, as he himself must have, in archaic English. The knowledge she has imparted and example of excellence she has set for university professors in Pakistan is unparallel. She has served as head of English department BZU for several years and retired sometime ago, but her passion for teaching and learning is not over.
