Each house is an abode to ten children. Looked after by a lady, appointed as 'mother'. She is responsible for taking care of the household chores and of the children like a mother. In short, it is made sure, they receive the affection of sisters, brothers and a mother. If there are siblings residing in the village, it is ensured, they are housed together. The sweet, caring soul that she is, every side of her personality provides an inspiration for women around her. A dedicated wife to her husband, Dr. Munir Rauf.
