5th Annual Debates and Parents Day at SOS Herman Gmeiner School.

Group photo of the participants and guests Extra curricular activities during educational life are of great significance in building the character and personality development of a child. This fact is truly acknowledged by SOS Herman Gmeiner school. Therefore, special emphasis is laid on providing its students great exposure of unlimited opportunities, to groom and polish their personal traits. Debates/ declamation contests among students is one such activity at this school, which is followed with great enthusiasm by the teachers and students alike. The competitions start from class level. Every child is encouraged to participate. Then those who prove their mettle compete at semi finals. The winners, then move on to finals. And finals are organised at massive level. Friends of SOS go floral

The hostesses, Ira m Mannan, Naema Mehdi, Ayesha Usman As Autumn took long to settle down, friends of SOS reminisced about spring in the month of November and invited their friends to accesorize themselves with flowers. Floral prints in dressing, flowers in the hair or entwined around the wrists or simple garlands, a great  variety of options were suggested by the hostesses for this theme. On Monday 23rd November, Rukhshanda Anas, Hadia Khakwani, Ayesha Usman, Ammara Nazir, Iram Mannan and Naema Batool Mehdi hosted a superb hi-tea at Lahore Chatkhara, Multan branch. These ladies put an extra effort to call all the members and extend the invitation on a personal level, which paid off in the form of a great turnover of guests at the event.
