FMS Committee, celebrates Valentine's day.

Rabia Bosan with her daughter Mamooma February is usually the most beautiful time of the year in the city of saints. A month, which signifies  Love  and  Festivity . A time, when intensity of winter reduces. A promise of spring lurks around the corner and summer is still nowhere in sight. A time, when fields are filled with Mustard flowers. Greens start to reappear on the scene. The Blue sky, turns Bluer. Clouds come and go. Rainbows follow them. The array of colors in Nature, provoke humans to wrap themselves in some cheerful, vibrant hues. Like Reds, Yellows and Oranges, too bright for the long summer season. Inspired by the idea of  Love,  FMS committee members, usually dedicate this month to Valentine's day by wearing Red. 11 years old Hajra Shah wins a dessert making competition.

Such activities provide the members, a chance to display their talents and for others, an opportunity to learn from whatever they get to see. On 10th of February, a dessert making competition was arranged by the group, headed by Mrs. Shagufta Khaksaar and Mrs. Sahibzada Farooq. Other members included Ismat Javed, Amara Qasim, Ayesha Awan, Mrs. Saleem Khakwani, Mrs. Mirza Ali Ahmad. The event turned out to be a great success, as lots of members participated and provided a pretty sight by the layout and decorations, as well a treat of taste as well. Meeting of SOS village, executive board members.

Mahnaz Farid, Hania Shahid and Fariha Munir Shah SOS village Multan , is such an impressive and thoroughly looked after project that philanthropists find ways to reach out and help this institution. The transparency and excellent record keeping of the expenditure and of every penny received as donation, encourage people to trust this project and invite their friends and family to contribute for the well being and betterment of the young souls being raised here.  The third meeting of the executive board members took place on 10th February 2014, at 4pm. Hania Shahid, Fariha Munir Shah , Saadia Yaqub ,  Rubina Arshad, Ayesha Najeeb, Mr. Shahbaaz Ali Chattha were among thos executive board members, who attended this meeting. Also, the representatives of Nizam Solar energy  were present at the occasion. SPWCCI spreads its network in South Asia

CIPE  , (Center for International Private Enterprise) , is a non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy.  CIPE   provides management assistance, practical experience, and financial support to local organizations to strengthen their capacity to implement democratic and economic reforms. Recently, CIPE invited a select group of ladies from South Asian women chambers  to attend, a regional networking workshop, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This network included pa rticipants from major and emerging chambers of commerce and business associations in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. It was an ongoing training program, with two meetings already held in Dhaka and Khatmandu.
