Arona Shabbir's daughter, Dr. Aiema's wedding.

Aroona Shabbir's name, shines brightly among the most congenial personalities of Multan. Sweet & kind, loving & caring, ever-smiling, this gentle lady is a legendary personality. Not just as a person but, such qualities distinguish her in her profession as well. If you are from Multan, you or your kids, started their school at the junior branch of Beaconhouse, it is impossible that your life is not touched by this fairy godmother.

On 5th of May 2012, Aroona Shabbir, married off her daughter, Dr. Aiema with Mr.Khalid & had her own name written, in the list of lovely young, mothers in laws. The event was beautifully organized, on an extensive level & great number of Multani'ites attended it. Following are the glimpses of the wedding.

Hi . I saw Aliya on your page and I knew her when she was Aliya Ahmad. I am seeing her like after ages. Can you please give some contact details of her. We were together in Mirpur Azad Kashmir and I really would like to know her again and also would like to know about her mother last I heard Mrs Ahmad was in Islamabad and was quite sick.

Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar is a name synonymous with women empowerment in entire South Punjab. She is a living proof of the saying, 'empowered women, empower other women'. She became a member of Majlis-e-shurra of Pakistan and served at that position from 1982 to 1985 and dedicated herself for the betterment of underprivileged women of South Punjab.  Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar was fully aware of the talents of the women of this area and knew how their skills were exploited at home and at work.
