                  Throughout history; photography had been a male dominated field, where women would dread to tread. But times have changed now; female photographers seem to have taken over the charge, throwing men out of the picture.


 We see an entire generation of young aspiring, budding, professional female photographers,  coming up.
And here in Multan, Hurraima Durrani is the biggest name of them all.
Studying at 'Multan College of Arts', this beautiful, tall, young girl has already carved a big name for herself.
Doing her major in, 'fashion photography', she has a long list of coverage of events & topics, along with several successful exhibitions to her credit.


One big achievement she talks passionately about; is her 'KUAAR' project, which she successfully exhibited at the 'art Gallery' in 'Multan college of arts', on 26th March, 2012.Aimed at 'Vintage fashions', the entire project was shot at a region called, 'Saraili', inorder to sincerely & honestly depict, true cultural heritage of 'Seraiki speaking' community.


Another, solo exhibition she arranged under the title of 'revival of the vintage fahions', on 8th May, 2012 at 'the ladies club, Multan'. Her work was greatly admired & she was immediately selected as 'the official photographer', of the ladies club.


During her four years at MCA, while doing her bachelors. She organized number of events and trips. And worked as official photographer at several concerts, functions and different social events.


She has set up her own studio, 'PHOTOGRAPHY BY HURRAIMA', which offers bridal, fashion & portfolio photo shoots, also excels in product photography.She has recently organized a 'summer, photography & design workshop for the lovers of photography & students of 'design'.
