AFSANEH , the latest clothing brand in Pakistani market has now set afloat its respledent 'winter collection' too. It reminded us of their incredibly amazing launch held, back in September. We did cover it, on our blogs on the instagram, but it takes a lot of story telling and details to share it here, on FarihaMunirShahTimes. So, we decided to give a throwback to the event.
Although, it was a little late for the 'lawn season', yet AFSANEH did a roaring business. They opened up their outlets, almost simultaneously in Lahore and Multan. Though, the quality of their product, speaks for itself. A breathtaking array of colors, designs and embeslishments, infused with the best materials, definitely define AFSANEH well, but they made no compromise on publicity and beautification of the event too.
They created an amazing ambiance, filled with the charms of bygone days. Interestingly, breaking the trend of westernization, AFSANEH made an effort to incorcorporate 'Urdu' as medium of communication. Its logo, is in Urdu. They have used 'Urdu poetry' to bring out the beauty of their cloths and clothes. Their prints and designs are named and numbered in Urdu. In short, AFSANEH has brought 'Urdu', back in fashion.
Following the theme they created an atmosphere, drenched in the splendour of Urdu for their launch. The entrances were filled with chandliers of Jasmine garlands. Rose petals artistically spread with flickering candles. Paans were being offered. Juices and drinks were being served in traditional steel glasses. The weather was still hot, but massive airconditioning units were used to keep cool, the handsome turnover of guests.
Mr. Hussain, the owner of this brand and of Hussain group, his Mrs. Aatika Hussain extended warm welcome to everyone and displayed great hospitality. They had invited best of models from Lahore. Who were also made to dress up in traditional designs. The creative head of several brands, also of AFSANEH, Ms.Khadija Shah endorsed the event, by being there in Multan as well.

AFSANEH also hired the best PR services from Lahore, ARPR, which went on to invite, all the bloggers of the city to the event and their pictures were trending on different E-magazines in no time. The owners of this PR service, Aden and Rehan, both presided over the event. Young bloggers like Fatima Shah (fashionable pineapple) , Durr-e-Aden, Niba Fatima, etc were also present at the occassion.
The chief guest of the event was a towering social personality, former politician, also aunt of Mr. Hussain, none other than Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar. She cut the ribbon and inagurated the event with her blessings and prayers.
Folks! As mentioned earlier, AFSANEH winter collection is in stores now. Remember, this brand has the same splendid team, which made 'Elan' so big.
So, hurry up, rush to the stores now, which are located in Gulberg in Lahore and in Gulgasht in Multan. Of course, in the most happening business areas. So, get there and get your hands on your favorite stuff, before its gone.
Once again, congratulations to Mr. Hussain and Aatika for this ode to Urdu and all that is traditional. Very well done and all the best!
