Here are few of the glimpses of the wedding of the month. Mamona Bossan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shoaib Bossan got married to Mr. Qasim Khwaja, son of Mr. and Mrs. Illyas Khwaja. Preparations for the occasion started, weeks before the wedding. Regular dance rehearsals took place, with bride's friends assembling at her parents home. And the formal ceremonies started from Monday, 9th March, with a milad at grooms' family house.

Tuesday, 10th March, another milad by the brides' family. Beautifully organised with stunning stage background and the entire sitting area filled with enormous flower arrangements. On the same day, at the end of this milad, the 'Mayun ceremony' took place. The major attraction was, unusual arrival of the bride. Lead by a protocol type procession of her cousins on matching motor bikes, Mamoona arrived in a little yellow ( symbol of mayun) sports car, which was being driven by bride's brother Bassat Bossan. Few dances & little fun & frolic took place as a warming up session before the mehndi.

On 11th March, both the families decided to perform nikah before rest of the wedding ceremonies.
12th March was dedicated to a complete, all out, fun filled Mehndi ceremony, arranged by the brides' family. Brides' mother, Rabia Bossan took pains in designing and decorating the entire place, beautiful tongas covered with yellow flowers were artistically placed at the entrance. With enormous flower bouquets everywhere. The stage was fantastic, decorated in a traditional aristocratic, yet contemporary style. A big wooden dance floor, covered with huge frame with disco lights, excellent music system, complete with DJ was ready to entertain people. This time Mamoona was again brought with the same, cousins lead motor bikes, protocol procession, but they came in with 'whistling' too. It was a yellow jeep that her brother drove her in. Then endless dancing and entertainment started. 1st with grooms' sisters, then friends of the brides. Later, all the cousins held the floor. Bassat Bosan (brides' brother) alongwith his cousins, Mudassar, Mahnoor, Midhat, danced out as if he was made for it.  Formal dinner followed but the dancing went on all night.

Well! Mehndi ceremony went so great that one had hardly expected to see something new. But on the wedding day, (which took place at MGM) people were mesmerised to see the stage. A beautiful, huge replica of Taj Mahal, a symbol of love, served as throne for the bride and groom. The bride, who just turned 19 years old, looked dazzling in beautiful jewellery and bridal dress. Her mother Rabia also sparkled among all. It was hard to believe that such a young couple like Rabia and Shoaib bhai, were marrying off their daughter. But not humans, only Allah decides the destinies. Again, the dinner was scrumptious, the arrangement fabulous.

Valima was arranged at groom's family home in officers' colony, on Saturday 14th March. Delicious meals were served with a musical evening, starred by Ustad Hamid Ali Khan. The bride wore silver, looked even more beautiful on her valima.

This Valima did not end the ceremonies of this wedding. On Monday 16th March, Mr. and Mrs. Shoaib Bossan, hosted another dinner,  which is called 'Muklawa' according to Multani tradition. Accompanied with a musical evening, this finally brought this extravagant wedding to a completion.
We wish the newly married couple best of luck for the future. Wish their parents, more happiness in the future. God bless you all.

To be honest, it is equally great in all its standards. Rather better in some, as they have Rosetta Stone library, through its audio/video English learning methods, children of this school have acquired exceptional accents and perfect pronunciations. Each student has access to laptop in computer class, their teachers use smartboard alongwith blackboard. Even their teachers are assessed and guided with the help of executive committee members. There is a subject of  'general knowledge', which is based on the colorful books in their library, it requires th
